Salary: up to £22,500 + benefits

As a Customer Care Advisor, you will provide your customer's with the highest standard of care and support with their enquiry.

You will be responsible for delivering an excellent support service on every point of contact. Your primary focus is to resolve any service or sales issues or your customer.

Within your role you will.......

• Ensure all channels of customer communication are handled

• Take ownership of service issues and their resolution

• Complete customer replacement / part orders efficiently

• Identify repetitive service issues

• Follow up all service issues regularly to ensure swift resolution and keep overdue actions to a minimum

• Consistently improve product knowledge through in-house training sessions and self-development

This is a fascinating role that will require good organisational skills and a genuine passion for AMAZING customer service.
