An exciting opportunity has arisen with a growing business within the paint and decorating sector, which is opening its second store in Ellesmere Port.

This is a genuine opportunity to build the branch from day one, develop the customer base and make a real impact on the growth of the business.

The new store will be located on a busy trade park alongside a number of well-known trade brands, providing excellent visibility and strong trade footfall.

We're looking for an experienced Paint Industry Store Manager who understands the market, has strong product knowledge and ideally brings an established network of decorators, contractors and trade customers.

The Role

  • Take ownership of the new Ellesmere Port store

  • Build and grow the customer base from day one

  • Develop new business and drive sales

  • Utilise your existing industry contacts and network

  • Provide expert paint and product advice

  • Build strong relationships with trade customers

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the store

We're Looking For

  • Previous experience within the paint/decorating sector – essential

  • Strong paint product knowledge

  • Existing industry contacts and customer relationships

  • Commercially minded with a strong sales focus

  • Confident winning new business

  • Someone who enjoys building and growing a business

  • Must a have a full UK Driving Licence
