About the Role

Working alongside the Client Sales Manager in the UK, we are looking for a driven, dynamic, charismatic and self-motivated individual to manage our unique direct-customer sales team from our Dublin office. Your role will be to direct and oversee the sales objectives and initiatives along with setting short and long-term sales strategies. As a premium brand, it is vital the showroom is meticulously clean and organised for customers to visit.

The direct-consumer market is targeted via a variety of direct channels, such as our Manchester showroom, exhibitions, telephone calls, email, webchat; and using our virtual platforms such as Teams & Zoom. You will be guaranteed job satisfaction and an incredible earning potential which is unparalleled within the industry.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

· You will spend time leading, coaching, and developing the team to drive sales and ensure they achieve and exceed their KPIs; while maintaining our unique, engaging and educational culture

· Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition

· Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

· Maintain a visually appealing and organised showroom environment to ensure a premium customer experience

· Exhibit a positive, passionate, confident and motivated outlook coupled with a strong work ethic

· Ensure our exceptional customer service is maintained, driving growth, and increasing efficiency throughout the customer’s journey

About You:

  • Proven experience in premium showroom or retail sales management

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to analyse sales performance data and implement improvements

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment

  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering a positive shopping experience
